Mead Farm is the oldest horse riding establishment in
Stamford with a history dating back to 1928.  As a family-run business, we offer boarding and year-round lessons for
children and adults.

A distinctive feature is our access to over 150 miles of
continuous horseback riding trails that make their way
through Stamford and adjacent towns.

We believe that riding doesn’t start when you sit in the saddle and end when you dismount. Riders have the opportunity to learn everything from grooming and tacking to complete horse care. Mead Farm provides year-round activities that create memories lasting a lifetime.

We are tucked away on the North Stamford / Greenwich
border with easy access to the Merritt Parkway (Rt 15).
